In Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Province a fleet of LiuGong 856H wheel loaders are working producing slack coal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The equipment has to work close to 24 hours a day and as a result, loaders used in mine have extensive wear and most equipment is nearly inoperable after one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2014 marked a turning point, the company proposed to increase production from 1.5 million to 6.5 million tons per year. Mr. Ma Baowen, who was responsible for production management, had no choice except to upgrade the equipment and enlarge the fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone suggested foreign brands, but I think domestic brands are good as well.\u201d With over 10 years\u2019 experience in this industry and confidence in his national brand, Ma Baowen insisted on evaluating domestic brands. After in-depth research and comparison tests, he chose LiuGong and bought 13 LiuGong 856H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 3 years, the 856Hs have lived up to the expectations, successfully withstanding the dusty and severe working environment and have become the main production strength of the mine. Using machines here for 3 years equals 5-6 years elsewhere! But there have been no major breakdowns for our LiuGong machines. LiuGong deserves that \u2018Tough World. Tough Equipment.\u2019 moniker!\u201d Mr. Ma Baowen said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operators also noted that the equipment was powerful and easy to operate. Since the slack coal has a low density, the standard 3 m3<\/sup> bucket was too small compared to the machines\u2019 lifting capacity. To Mr. Ma\u2019s surprise, a short time later LiuGong\u2019s team had made tailored-made 5m3<\/sup>-bucket for their 856H wheel loaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It takes 10+ minutes for a 3 m3<\/sup> bucket wheel loader to fill a truck and now with the 5m3<\/sup> bucket, the time reduces to 5 to 6 minutes. At peak, the daily output could be doubled and reaches 36,000 to 37,000 tons.\u201d Ma Baowen was happy that the working efficiency was greatly improved due to the tailored-made buckets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 856H is also equipped with a micro-supercharging cab, which prevents most dust and noise from entering the cab during operation, offering superior environmental protection for the operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
