As is the case with participating in any amusement activity, including with playground equipment or inflatables, there exists inherent risks that can result in serious injury or damage to the participants.
Improper use by the participants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing, attempting flips, overcrowding, or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is mandatory that a responsible adult is always supervising use of the equipment at all times to ensure that safety rules are followed and to prevent injury or misuse.
Please carefully review Jumpin' Giraffe Party Rentals' rental agreement and liability waiver, which goes over safety and rental requirements, before signing. Our insurance policy requires all customers to sign prior to rental.
We understand that sometimes kids get sick or something else in life happens. There is no charge for customers who cancel with at least 48 hours advance notice (if your event is on Saturday morning at 10am, then we'd need to know by the preceding Thursday morning at 10am). Less than that, your deposit will be credited to your account minus a $50 change fee, and can be used any time within 60 days.
If local weather is calling for 50%+ rain and/or high winds (20 mph or greater), you can cancel for a full refund with at least 48 hours advance notice. Less than that, we charge a $50 change fee. If you choose to accept the equipment, there are no refunds. No refunds will be given after the inflatable arrives. If there is excessive rain or high winds, everyone should exit the inflatable, turn the blower off and unplug it.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for any reason including, but not limited to, inclement weather (i.e., high winds) and emergency situations. Under these circumstances, the customer will be fully refunded.
We reserve the right to replace scheduled equipment with similar equipment of the same or higher value due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e., unexpected damage to a reserved unit).
